Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EJDetailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality car detailing services in Manchester and surrounding areas. To ensure fairness and transparency, please read our refund and cancellation policy below.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows without any notice may result in a full charge for the booked service.

Rescheduling

  • ou can reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling with less notice may result in limited availability and a possible late rescheduling fee.

Refunds

Due to the time, labor, and materials involved in detailing services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

We may consider a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • If a service was not performed as agreed (e.g., services missed that were included in the package)

  • If there is clear evidence of poor workmanship or damage directly caused by our detailing process

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of your service with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of your concern

  • Your appointment details

We will assess the issue and aim to resolve it through a re-clean, service correction, or refund, depending on the situation.

Deposits (if applicable)

If a deposit is required to secure your appointment:

  • It is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Fully refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice.

Weather Conditions (Mobile Services)

For mobile car detailing services, we may reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions to ensure quality and safety. In such cases, you will not be charged, and your deposit (if applicable) will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
