Cancellations and Rescheduling

24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or changes to bookings.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in loss of deposit or full charge of the booked service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Service Guarantee and Liability

We strive to provide the highest standard of car detailing services.
While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services.
Damage caused by poor vehicle maintenance.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities

Please remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment.
You must inform us of any special requirements, sensitive vehicle components, or areas to avoid during the service.
Vehicles must be legally roadworthy and parked in a safe, accessible location for mobile detailing (if applicable).

Weather Conditions (Mobile Services)

For mobile detailing services, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of severe weather conditions.
Services may be delayed or altered due to unsafe or impractical working environments.

Use of Images and Testimonials

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes.
